With over two decades of experience, Mercedes is a trusted Strategic Partner, seasoned Global professional, Certified Life Coach, award-winning Public Speaker, gifted Facilitator, and Lifetime Learner. She has consulted for Mercer, Inside Out Solutions, Inc., and Resources Global Professionals; she has also headed Global Performance & Rewards centers of excellence for multi-billion dollar brand-name enterprises such as Activision (now Activision Blizzard) and Panasonic Avionics, the only global division of Panasonic Corporation. Mercedes has had the privilege of consulting in multiple countries around the world. In addition, she has held a private coaching practice and been hired to speak to, facilitate, and teach groups on rewards and motivation. She also enjoys being an expert advisor to the WorldatWork online community and a peer reviewer for its quarterly journal and monthly magazine submissions. Mercedes holds Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) status. She holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, and her undergraduate degree is in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management & Organizational Behavior from the University of Washington.
